Internship applications are not managed by the Consulate General of France in Los Angeles but directly by the human resources department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris.

If you wish to do an internship at the Consulate General of France in Los Angeles, you must meet the conditions and follow the normal procedure by applying in the following websites.
