Exhibition Joie de vivre

Opening Reception May, 13, 6 to 9 pm
Exhibition from April 7, 2011 to May 28, 2011.
@ Les Jolis Trésors

"Enjoy Your Life" is the theme during this next exhibition, with surprising new artwork by Ghislaine Gargaro (plein-air paintings), Karin Swildens (sculptures), Adrian Sandstrom (ceramics) and Annie Clavel (abstract acrylics and Long Beach watercolors).
Ghislaine Gargaro’s oil paintings depict warm summer scenes on water, including one of the Queen Mary, and many romantically set on France’s Seine River.
Karin Swildens Gentil Souls series returns, along and with many new thoughtful, and joyful, horse and female-form sculptures.
Pottery artist Adrian Sandstrom will be offering excellently-designed, hand-thrown, luminescent pieces embellished with abstract circular patterns. His collection includes small serving plates, pitchers, serving bowls, and a selection of mugs.
Annie Clavel will be introducing to the gallery several new and exciting acrylic abstracts, showcasing bright shades of aqua, orange-red, navy-blue and yellows.
