Polymer Workshop between UCLA and the University of Bordeaux 1 [fr]

The workshop "UBordeaux-UCLA Workshop on Polymers " took place on January 31st and February 1st 2013 in Los Angeles between the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and the University of Bordeaux 1. Around thirty French and American scientists who attended this workshop were able to discuss various themes associated with polymer research, and mention recent advances in this field of study. This event was organized by Dr Sébastien Lecommandoux (U. Bordeaux 1), Dr Tim Deming (UCLA) and the Office for Science and Technology, Consulate General of France in Los Angeles. M. Axel Cruau, Consul General of France in Los Angeles, welcomed the researchers, as well as Mr Laurent Servant (Vice-president for International Relations, U. Bordeaux 1) and Ms Robin Garrell (Vice-provost for Graduate Studies, UCLA), at the Résidence de France, for a diner on Janaruay 31st 2013, in the presence of Mr Fabien Agenès, Attaché for Science and Technology.
