Red Cross signed Agreement with French Consulate [fr]

Los Angeles, May 5th, 2016 - The Los Angeles Region American Red Cross and the Consulate General of France in Los Angeles solidified their relationship today with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding, by Los Angeles Region Red Cross CEO Jarrett Barrios and Consul General of France, Christophe Lemoine in order to provide more aid and assistance to French populations affected by natural disasters and other emergencies.

The agreement will ensure that the constituents of the French Consulate will have access to a wide array of services provided by the local Red Cross. This includes programs on emergency preparedness, emergency notification in case of disasters and direct access to the Restoring Family Links program.
